We conquer Masada and get our just deserts
After spending the night beside the aforementioned Dead sea we have a hearty breakfast with about 500 Russians.
Ami believes it would be a good idea for us(not him) to walk to the top of Masada. So with some trepidation we start our ascent up the snake path knowing full well the Romans took 3 months to make the journey.
Up the top there are few thousand who were too pathetic to walk up.
We do a tour of the site and then descend.
We then hop into Ami's car and drive out to the best view in Israel (I think this is number 5)
We are now headed for the Negev desert which looks like something out of Mad Max, complete with nuclear reactors.
We stop for lunch in some deadbeat town but have the world's best falafel sandwich.
After more driving in the Negev we arrive at our hotel where we have hot and cold running ibexses (an excess of ibexses)
